Meditation and Breathwork act as a circuit breaker to our nonstop highly stimulated and instant gratification lifestyles giving the mind, body and soul the time and the space to Recharge, Recalibrate & Realign. The combined practice helps in fostering mindfulness, grounding and a profound connection to our inner selves.

 

With the many scientifically proven benefits of both meditation and breathwork on the emotional, physical as well as psychological and spiritual levels, one can gradually explore the landscape of their inner world and energetic patterns, creating a space for healing and self-discovery.

 

The program comes with two variations. You can either opt for 4 sessions, once a week or 8 sessions, twice a week. Monday – Friday.

Each session is for 60 min.

Absolutely. We can connect on zoom. Only prerequisite is that you should be in a quite private place where you are not disturbed, can talk your heart out and practice the techniques.
